ABOUT OUR FLUTE LESSONS
The Lewis Center Music Academy provides the most comprehensive flute lessons in Columbus, Ohio. Our flute lessons are fun, engaging, and tailored to each student's individual needs. Whether you are looking for some help getting started, or preparing for an OMEA competition, we are sure to have the right flute teacher for you!
Beginning students will learn the fundamentals of proper embouchure, tone production, and reading music. More advanced students will focus on developing proficiency with technique, articulation, vibrato, and advanced repertoire. Our flute teachers are highly qualified and are dedicated to helping students reach their musical goals. We recommend that flute students be at least 7 years old before starting lessons.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING AND UNLIMITED MAKE UP LESSONS
We offer music lessons 5 days a week from early in the afternoon until late in the evening. If you need to miss a class or reschedule, don't worry, because we offer unlimited make up lessons.

CONVENIENT LOCATION
Located in the Kroger shopping plaza at the corner of Route 23 and Lewis Center Road, we are as convenient as it gets. Our school is walk-able from Olentangy High School and right next door to Starbucks, Kroger, Sportsclips, and Subway.
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF 5 DAYS A WEEK
Many music studio desks are staffed by the teacher/owner or more commonly, an answering machine. We have full-time team members at the front desk who are available to assist you from 11:00am-8:30pm Monday through Thursday and from 12:00pm-7:00pm on Fridays.
FREE RECITALS AND PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES
We offer recitals and performance opportunities unlike any other school in Columbus. Our recitals are low-pressure, fun, and a great way for students to build confidence and show off all of their hard work.
LEVEL UP MUSIC ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAM
Our students have been enthusiastically climbing from levels 1 through 10, earning certificates, wristbands, stickers, and trophies. Think about the martial arts Black Belt program…but for music lessons! This structured, nationally recognized, and motivating program is completely free (and optional) for Academy students of all ages, and our students have never been more motivated to master their instrument!
MONTH TO MONTH LESSONS
We understand that life happens and schedules change, so we don't have any long-term contracts. We only require a 30 days notice to stop lessons.
