Student of the month nomination form

Please fill out this form to nominate a student for your academy’s student of the month! Once a student is nominated they will be added to nominee pool. Each month a winner will be selected at random from the nominee pool for student of the month (one for each location). Student of the month winners will receive a certificate, a small trophy and will be featured on our studio slideshows (if your studio has one) and on the bulletin board at each school!

*Please keep in mind that we would like to reward students who have been working hard consistently or have made marked improvements in their practicing and musical progress.
