Student of THe Month Form

Congratulations on being nominated by your teacher for student of the month! Teachers prioritize nominating students that consistently work hard at home and in their lessons!

How the winner was selected: Teachers send in a small number of nominations for SOTM. Each month we select a winner and notify them by text/email, and ask them to fill out our SOTM form!

What happens when you are chosen for student of the month?

• You will receive an awesome certificate!

• You will also receive a very cool trophy to commemorate your achievement!

• You may be featured in our Newsletter!
